Nearly 30 years ago, my first experience with an assessment on a personal level was a DISC questionnaire. My wife and I took the survey, and I kept mine from those days. It was a fundamental review of science and a four- page report of my natural and adapted styles with behaviors. When I review DISC reports taken by clients today, the growth in the industry of this science, along with the coachability that comes along with the opportunity in personal and professional coaching, the amount of value in personal reflection is limitless.
